The typical salame from L'Aquila is a seasoned sausage product made from the trimmings of meat pork, selected cuts of pig black from Abruzzo and flavoured with spices to enhance the flavour.


Composition: pork, skimmed milk powder, salt, fructose, dextrose, flavouring, pepper.
Sugars: Dextrose and sucrose.
