Hungarian Salami is characterized by a very finely ground mixture flavored with sweet paprika. Before bagging, the pork mince is smoked, which gives the product its characteristic aromatic note.

Sugars: dextrose and sucrose.

Preservative: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite. Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate.
